“ After weeks of HORRIBLE dealership experiences finding Autonation was an incredible blessing. Sam was the initial salesman who helped us and he was super transparent about the vehicle and costs. We went back a few days later and Fabio was the final salesman. Both of those guys were so helpful and transparent, even the finance gentleman in the back was such a breath of fresh air! “ Subaru of Carlsbad is hands down the best dealer we’ve ever dealt with! Our BMW leases were close to ending and I called in on Thursday asking about the white wrx limited they had in stock and I was lucky to have Daniela answer the phone. I told her what I was trying to accomplish and I was very serious about getting something done. Her manager Jaime gave me a fair offer especially since it was the only 25 wrx limited they had on the lot and one of few in all of socal. I wanted to make sure everything was agreed on since I was driving from an hour away, they kept there word on everything we talked about! All in all I was so impressed with their service and experience we drove back on Sunday 6/1 to buy an Outback wilderness from them for my wife and Daniela helped us again with her manager Jose giving us a great deal on it, with Dustin being the manager present on Sunday who made everything quick since we had our 4 year old with us as well.
